We’ve already discussed my love of ruffles, so it should come as no surprise that this striped ruffle top has become one of my favorite tops to wear. Between the fun, billowing sleeves and the halter neckline, it’s the perfect way to make a statement!
I chose to go somewhat simple with my outfit since this shirt is a bit dramatic. I paired it with my favorite black ripped skinny jeans and some simple black patent heels. I added these easy DIY tiered tassel earrings for a bit of flair and I finished off the look with my Rebecca Minkoff mini mac and these round sunnies by Vint & York.
The fabric isn’t the best quality and it can feel a bit heavy in the heat but I was very impressed with the make of this top, especially since it was under $25! The sticking is solid, the fabric falls nicely and I didn’t notice any bunching or gathering. The zipper was secure and sturdy and not at all hard to maneuver which has been one of the complaints I’ve heard the most when it comes to Shein.
This week has been jam packed with planning, shooting and writing. I’m so excited for the next couple months and I can’t wait to share it all with you!
