It has been a hot minute since we’ve had ourselves a Coffee Chit Chat, so grab yourself a latte, pour that glass of wine or grab your water bottle and let’s chat.
It has been a whirlwind couple of months. I finished my first semester as an advertising and public relations major (for those that don’t know, I was in my fourth year as a biology major and made a pretty huge change.) It was an extremely exhausting and at times I wasn’t really sure if it was the right decision but it was an oh so rewarding endeavor and looking back I wouldn’t change a thing!
This summer has been a constant cycle of working, photoshoots, blogging, and internship hunting. Just thinking about everything I’ve had going on is exhausting! Hopefully, things will start settling out here soon so I can get some traveling in.
Speaking of traveling, my flights and hotel are officially booked for Las Vegas in October! I’ll be attending the Adobe Max conference and I am beyond excited! An entire week of graphics and Adobe Creative Suite! If you’re going I would love for you to say hi! Let’s get creative!
I’ve been fortunate enough to have found a church that is both welcoming and engaging so I’ve been loving getting involved with all their events and groups! My devotionals have me in Romans right now and I’m loving the commentary on She Reads Truth. If you’re looking for a Bible reading plan I highly recommend SRT. There are several plans and I ‘ve loved all of them so far. I recently finished up Song of Songs and it was amazing, I’m even thinking about reading through it again.
